• Campaign and submission data: campaign details, content links, messages between Brands and Creators
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe; NxtVybe does not store full card or bank account numbers
• Public content performance data: view counts and engagement metrics for published content you submit, retrieved via third-party public data tools (Apify)

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Platform: matching Brands and Creators, processing campaigns and payments, calculating view-based payouts, and communicating with you about your account.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

• Supabase (database, authentication, storage)
• Stripe (payment processing and payouts)
• Apify (automated collection of public view/engagement data for content you submit)

These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy practices.

4. Information Sharing

We share the minimum information necessary between Brands and Creators connected through a campaign (e.g., a Brand sees a Creator’s submitted content and public profile). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or payment obligations.

NxtVybe is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
